To give you a little background about our company, we are a real estate investing company, not a realtor. SEL-Dixie Capital Investment Group is a joint venture between the owners of SEL-FAST REO Management, and Dixie Investment Properties, LLC.

We teamed up to form a company specializing in using private investor funds to raise capital for buying foreclosed, and short sale

We can show you how to use your IRAs, bank CDs, 401k plans, equity lines of credit, and in some cases even your pension plan to work with our program. As an example: if you have access to an equity line of credit from your bank to borrow at 4%, you can loan those funds to us and we'll pay you 12%! Or, if you have funds in a CD that you want to keep in the CD, we can show you how to keep your current CD stock shares, but borrow against them for 2% and loan it out to SEL-Dixie Capitial Investment Group at 12%.

You will be using the real estate we purchase as the security/collateral for your loan to us. You will have formal legal documents prepared by a licensed attorney to protect you, such as a mortgage and promissory note, with SEL-Dixie being your borrower, defining the terms of your 12% investment return.
